Data collected

Picto Potions collects information when you download and use it. This includes the following information:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (i.e. IP address)
• The time and date of your sessions using the app
• The time spent using the app.
• The operating system you use on your mobile device
• Your device's approximate/coarse location
• Purchases made within the app
• Diagnostic information such as crash logs and error reports
• Information you choose to provide in feedback or bug reports submitted through the app
• Advertising identifiers (e.g. IDFA, GAID)
• Gameplay information such as progress and level completion

How collected data is used

Data collected is used to:

• Improve the game and user experience (gameplay information data such as progress and level completion)
• Fix errors and bugs in the game (crash and error logs along with device data (e.g. model, OS version))
• Maintain functionality of third-party services (advertising identifiers, broad location data, device information)

Picto Potions utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data. These services include:

Unity

Picto Potions was developed using the Unity game engine. Unity records diagnostic information that is made available to the developer via Unity Cloud's Diagnostics dashboard.

Unity Analytics

Unity Analytics is used to monitor gameplay information to help identify issues. It is also used to deliver crash information such as error logs to the developer.

Analytics data collection is optional; you may opt-in to analytics data collection at the start of the game. You may also opt-in or out at any time from the in-game settings menu.

LevelPlay

Players who have not purchased the "premium upgrade" in-app purchase (IAP) have the opportunity to view rewarded ads at various points of gameplay. These ads are mediated through the LevelPlay ad mediator. LevelPlay accesses data about your device and approximate location for the purposes of displaying relevant ads.

Codecks

You are able to leave feedback or report a bug via the settings menu or by shaking your device. If you choose to do this, any information you include in the provided form will be sent to the developer. A screenshot of the game will also be sent. You should not include any personally identifiable data in this form.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights such as access, deletion, objection, restriction, and withdrawal of consent. Because advertising data is primarily processed by third-party providers through LevelPlay, requests may need to be directed to those providers using their privacy policies and tools.

Data retention

The developer does not intentionally keep a user-profile database. Retention periods for advertising/measurement data are determined by third-party providers under their policies.

You can stop all collection of information by Picto Potions easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Children

This app is not directed to children under the age of 13 and is not intended for their use.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
